Front Desk Assistant

About the Role

As the first point of contact, our Front Desk Associates are brand ambassadors of The Winslow. With a calm presence and polished communication skills, you’ll warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure each stay begins and ends seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS
  • Assist guests with requests, directions, and local recommendations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with grace and proactive solutions

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer and POS systems knowledge
  • Poised, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure
