About the Role
As the first point of contact, our Front Desk Associates are brand ambassadors of The Winslow. With a calm presence and polished communication skills, you’ll warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure each stay begins and ends seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS
- Assist guests with requests, directions, and local recommendations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with grace and proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and POS systems knowledge
- Poised, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure
